I want to start with RWA. For those who don't know RWA is a real-world asset, a narrative that I believe will be one of the most prominent in the next bull market at the moment. This niche is still quite young and does not have many big players. However, there are well-known leaders such as Ondo. In general, you need to understand that RWA is gaining momentum right now and will continue to grow.
Large web two funds are already paying attention to this area such as BlackRock and Larry Fink who has long said that RWA is the future. That is why this selection starts with a token called DETF.
DETF Token

Overall. I like the main idea and the implementation of the product. At the time of writing this post Realio's market capitalization is six million dollars and I believe we will see an unrealistic price boom in the near future.

Our third project is Centrifuge. Its goal is to integrate DeFi with real assets, reducing the cost of capital for small and medium enterprises and providing a stable income. Centrifuge offers returns that are not tied to crypto assets, bringing real value to the crypto sector.

The project recently raised 15 million dollars in investment. The market capitalization of Centrifuge is now 178 million dollars, which is quite a large capitalization compared to other projects in the selection. However, I see the potential for very large further growth.

GameFi Token
GameFi is definitely one of the most interesting areas in Crypto. Here you can not only play games but also earn cryptocurrency. Can there be anything cooler? I think not? This is an area that will definitely attract more and more ordinary Web 2 users for whom gamefi will become a soft entry into Crypto. So I decided to pick two of the most potential small-cap assets.
Creo
The first token on this list is Creo. Creo Engine aims to create the best Crypto gaming platform by offering high-quality video games to users worldwide. This project reminds me of Gala Games as they also have their own platform with various games and projects in the Game Five space.

But I have chosen the best ones that can bring as much profit and benefit to buyers in the market as possible, so let's get to them as soon as possible.

The first AI token with unrealistic potential is Aleph. The project specializes in artificial intelligence language models. Although language models like CHAT GPT are no longer a novelty in the Crypto world. ALEF decided to go further and create AI assistance like Fett. Interestingly, Aleph offers unique conversation models such as chatting with virtual versions of famous people or with a virtual friend.
